I’m genuinely impressed with Cosmo Laser Medical Centre. From the moment you walk in, the reception team is welcoming, organized, and very helpful. Booking appointments is easy, and they are always responsive to queries and reminders. The clinic itself is spotless and very well maintained. You can immediately tell they prioritize hygiene and patient comfort. The waiting area is comfortable, and everything feels professional and well-managed. The doctors are all experts in their respective areas and I take my son also here for his dental check ups. It is always very comfortable for us to walk in and get all the dental and skin advise and procedures in one place. Overall, great service experience every time. I consulted Dr. Anoop at the clinic who reviewed my skin and suggested treatments. I have done microneedling, CO2 laser, and Hydrafacial at Cosmo Laser Medical Centre, and I’m extremely happy with the results. Dr.Anoop truly has expert hands – he is knowledgeable, confident, and very precise in his work. The microneedling and CO2 laser treatments were handled professionally with proper guidance before and after care. During the Hydrafacial, I felt completely relaxed – it was both effective and soothing at the same time. The team takes time to understand your skin concerns and suggests treatments that actually work. Overall, a very professional clinic with advanced treatments and a caring approach. I’ve been coming to this place for a while now, and I’d really like to thank the entire team, staff, doctors, and nurses, for their consistently kind and welcoming attitude. I recently had a Hydrafacial done by Fadoua, and she is honestly the loveliest soul, very kind, considerate, and highly professional. She makes you feel completely at ease, and the whole experience was such a vibe. I really enjoyed it 🫶 I’d also like to thank Dr. Ruksar for her honest and professional approach. She doesn't usually pushes unnecessary treatments and only recommended what my skin actually needed, which I appreciate, something you don’t always find at other clinics. Nurse Vinci is another absolute delight, so sweet, caring, and attentive.💗 Overall, a wonderful experience every time. I am absolutely blown away by Dr Terry and his team at Cosmolaser. Not only is the overall experience one of great care and friendliness but the clinic itself is clean and state of the art. The aesthetic work that Dr Terry does is nothing like I have ever experienced. He is meticulous in his attention to detail. He is also an active listener towards concerns and issues and problem-solves holistically. He gave me options of procedures and I felt that his process was thorough especially with asking the right questions sourcing necessary information that I would not have thought of, to share, relative to cosmetic preference. The clinic has great offers. I also really appreciated the upfront, honest and transparent process regarding costs involved. The entire team was kind and considerate. It was such a pleasure to feel that I was in capable hands and that I could just relax and trust the process. Excellent service. All the staff were very attentive and kept me informed of procedures and options throughout. Marjorie was very detailed administering Q-Switch laser to my face, and laser to my spider veins. Dr Taranpreet gave me a teeth cleaning and whitening. I appreciated how he was getting feedback throughout to check that I was happy with the final look. He also did a de-sensitizing laser - which I didn’t even know existed! Clinic that really CARES Came here for hydrofacial and was really impressed of the service quality. Yes, my skin is a little pink after the procedure, but I already see a total glow-up I have extremely sensitive skin so I worried a lot at first.
